ON-LINE IMMIGRATION/VISA FORMS & FILINGS REVIEW SERVICE Our firm has received increasing inquiries to provide professional review only of the immigration forms and applications already prepared by applicants themselves. With the abundance of information available online, some people feel confident to handle their immigration related applications or petitions themselves especially when less complicated matters are involved. The following are the examples of applications or petitions applicants sometimes prefer to prepare themselves. I-130 family petition, I-485 adjustment of status applicant, N-400 naturalization application, I-751 removal of condition, I-765 employment authorization application, I-131 advance permission to travel or re-entry permit application, I-90 green card replacement application, I-864 affidavit of support, DS-230 I & II immigrant visa application, I-821 TPS application. However, often times, those "do-it-yourselfers" would like to have experienced review before submitting their applications/petitions to CIS. That's why our firm offers to those "do-it-yourselfers" individual online or e-mail review services at nominal fees ranging from $50.00-$250.00 depending on the types of cases and the time we need to spend. This service is available by appointment only. AM, PM and weekend appointments available. The following explains how our review service works. Once you complete your immigration forms to your best ability and have other supporting documents ready, you contact our office by phone (212-447-0950) or by e-mail (info@sbsimmlaw.com) to make an appointment for our review. When you make an appointment for review, your credit card will be charged $15.00 to secure your appointment. This fee will be credited toward the fees for review of your immigration forms. If you need to reschedule the appointment, you need to give us at least 24 hour advance notice. If you abandon your appointment without giving us advance notice, $15.00 will not be refunded to you. You will need to pay $15.00 again in order to make another appointment. You will be charged the balance at the time of the appointment. The review is done on-line or by e-mail. We communicate with you by phone during the review time. When you make the appointment you will receive detail instructions for the review procedure. After the review of the forms, we will also confirm with you if you have correct mailing address, filing fees, and supporting documents. This service is intended for those who are competent to prepare their immigration forms and applications themselves, and only want final experienced review before they file their applications to CIS.
